Raspberry Pi Pico Files not loading

As i try to load the files (v1 - v5) to the raspberry pi it closes then shows an error (device has malfucntioned) i assumed it was the pico and bought another and still didnt work, i have used different cords and different computers. Stil it doesent work.The (flash_nuke.uf2) file works on the pico

That is the expected behavior. After flashing the UF2, the Pico will disconnect from your PC and is ready to be used with the Wii U. Your PC will show that warning since the UDPIH device is not recognized as a valid USB device.

Thanks for your advice, I also have another question if you don't mind answering. This might be user error but I can't seem to get into the recovery menu. I have tried for about an hour plugging in the Pico at around the time the WiiU logo shows up. The light will always go purple with the WiiU menu stuck, go just black, or no video output I have also tried [recovery_menu_dc_init] and renamed it to recovery_menu but that hasn't worked either. I have also seen that there is a version where you don't need to plug the USB in at the right time and just leave it in, do you know where I could find that?

@Colin-miller45 Hello, I have exactly the same problem. Have you found anything yet, or is the Wii U now sitting around as a paperweight? :(
