Expedite installation of Gator Miner / Pre-installation information

Context/features:

• While installing Gator Miner many issues came to the surface that hindered the process such as lack of prerequisite tools, or the lack of testing on windows. Many people still don't have Gator Miner installed properly/running properly, our solution would be to have a place where all dependencies and prerequisite files can be found and used.

Proposed Solution:

• Our proposed solution would be to add a section to the beginning of the readme that would have a list of all prerequisite tools and dependencies that are required before installing.
