Download from https://bellekens.com/ea-matic/, choose the same 'bitness' as your Sparx EA installation (not your Operating Systems)
Everything before Sparx EA version 16 is 32 bit. From version 16 on you can choose between 64 and 32 bit.
Swtich on Developer Mode and choose the same directory the clone of Enterprise-Architect-VBScript-Library.
