We have a draft figure for the ecosystem of genomic knowledge resources covered by this project. Currently only has my perspective on it, needs review.

This is a subtask of #3, as this figure will be part of that roadmap.

@ahwagner I copied your diagram and made edits on the copy on the 2nd tab here. Please review. I'm okay with it. I think it's pretty simplistic. Probably good enough to get the general idea and flow across.
