Improve Result Logging

Currently, the result logs are stored in a .txt file.

For data analysis, storing the results in a .csv file is helpful.

The idea is to have 3 output files to store - node location info, set parameters, result

assign a unique run id to every run

as a first step we will have a simple csv and keep on improving it
