Review position of the main search catalog and review menu items

The proposal is to keep the search bar only inside the pages that has a catalog and move it from the brand navbar to the center of the page. In addition we should review how the search bar should behave when clicking on a menu item.

This change will allow us to:

• provide more space for additional menu items in the brand navbar
• simplify brand navbar menu items logic and management

Requirements

• Remove search bar from brand navbar and include it only in the landing page and resources catalog pages. Review how menu items are triggering breakpoints after removing the search bar
• Review behavior of search bar:
  • clicking on a items in the menu should redirect to the resource page
  • clicking enter in the search bar should not redirect to the catalogue page if a resource catalog is available in the current page. Instead the contextual catalog should be filtered
