Selection to other dashboard in tabbed view configuration not showing loading

Describe the bug

There isn't loading state in the select when trying to connect to another dashboard. This makes difficult to understand if the select is working or not, at first it seem empty.

Expected Behavior

The select input should show a spinner to inform the user data is loading

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Open a dashboard in edit mode
2. Create a new tab
3. Connect to another dashboard
