Evaluate Dataset DownloadPlugin

Since v4.4.2 there is an integration of the Dataset Download Plugin. Check, if this affects the way how tabular data is downloaded/exported (download plugin of GeoServer). The easiest way is to do nothing: TabularPreview config simply may not add it to its configuration. If the button just delegates to the GeoServer download/export we may think of adding it for tabular data as well.
