fix(client): increase HTTP timeout to prevent test failures

Increased the HTTP request timeout from 30 to 60 seconds to handle
DELETE operations on the lists API that can take longer for large lists.
This resolves the ReadTimeout errors occurring in the GitHub Actions CI.
