Track paid holidays

• Each employee has a yearly paid holidays
• People can set the paid holidays by Slack (or add the records on the spreadsheet manually.)
• The report adds 8 hours of work on that day.
• The report shows how many paid holidays the staff can use.
• The report shows when the staff used the paid holidays

Well, I will take a look at this from this Friday.

• I noticed that Google Spreadsheet's E (ノート) column stores 今日はお休みです message, so I am thinking to use same way (like 今日は有給です) about the following.

  • People can set the paid holidays by Slack (or add the records on the spreadsheet manually.)

• Available paid holidays are different by each members and available/used days may be better to be stored, but designing sheet header part needs more investigation and understanding by my side.
