Pipeline - REMA dems fail over the antimeridian

The antimeridian logic for rema is not sufficient. The issue occurs when a request to the geoid is made, as the geoid is in 4326 a crossing over the antimeridian is not supported. The request needs to be broken into east and west and then combined.
