Synchronizing .stignore-file #144

Hi guys,
is there any smart solution to synchronize to .stignore-file?
I use Synctrayzor and ST to sync mostly powerpoint files, so of course I want to avoid the sync of the owner files (~$*) PPT creates when opening a presentation.
As I am configuring new ppt pcs all the time, my current solution is to create a .stignore.txt file (that will be synced by st to all ccliens) and rename it handish to .stignore to do his job.
Is there any solution to sync the .stignore-files in the whole sync network?
