Slingbox did not respond to login request

My local and remote access have worked for my M1 slingbox for the last 3 years. Now I can't get a stream running. I have tried 2 soft resets on the slingbox. The admin password has not changed but can't get past the login request. I can connect to the server and the slingbox IP and port are correct. Any suggestions are welcome.

I finally solved this problem. I had recently installed Spectrum's Security Suite. It was blocking access to the slingbox stream.
