chore(repo): Update dependencies

This commit updates several dependencies to their latest versions and removes an unused plugin.

Key changes:
- `media_kit` is updated from `^1.1.10+1` to `^1.2.2`.
- `media_kit_video` is updated from `^1.2.4` to `^2.0.0`.
- The version constraint for `desktop_drop` is widened to `<0.8.0`.
- The version constraint for `alchemist` is widened to `<0.14.0`.
