chore(deps): pin react-markdown to v9.0.1 (#2229)

### 🎯 Goal

Pin version of `react-markdown` package to ensure our SDK is still
somewhat compatible with older versions of React (`<v18`) as the newest
version of the said package requires minimal version of React to be at
least `v18` but does not necessarily use any new APIs that aren't
available in the older versions.
