Unable to attach or send photos on iOS 26

What did you do?

What did you expect to happen?

On iOS 26, the selected image should appear in the composer preview.

What happened instead?

On iOS 26, when selecting an image nothing happen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Build the composer with ViewFactory.makeMessageComposerViewType().
2. Tap the 📎 attachment (photo) button.
3. Select an image from the picker.
4. Observe that the image is not attached and that it does nothing.

It works fine in our Demo App, as you can see below. You will need to investigate if you have any customisations that are causing this issue.
