Home Assistant Integration Error

I'm running latest Home Assistant of 2026.4.2 and getting this error when I try to add the integration. I've asked ChatGPT and it says to install it manually, but that doesn't help others, necessarily.

Order of operations:

1. download custom repository.
2. install
3. reboot
4. add integration
5. error (image attached).
