i18n: Looking for the best translation workflow

Hi! As we're switching to Gitbook, I would like to understand how people here have set up their translation workflows so far. Especially interested in cases with longer user guides across multiple languages. Say, you change a few small things here and there on multiple pages and need to localize the changes in 5..6..7 languages, how do you make sure nothing is lost/forgotten?
