Date stamps aren't clear (e.g. "1 yr", with a popup of "Mon, Nov 28")

I'm trying to figure out when a particular change was made. Currently, my document has three change requests, each of which is labeled "1 yr" next to a time icon. So, they're about a year old?

Hover over each "1 yr", and I'll get "Fri, Aug 26", "Mon, Nov 28" and "Thu, Oct 20". But, which year??

Luckily, the day of the week gives me a clue; none of those dates existed in 2023, but they did exist in 2022. And, boy! should users not have to go through that process.

Suggestion: remove the day of the week and add the year to the popup.
