Description
As a system administrator,
I need the ability to reset the counter
so that I can redo counting from the start.
Details and Assumptions
- The current counter value is greater than zero
- The counter value needs to be replaced with zero
Acceptance Criteria
Given a current counter value of 2
When I request that the counter be reset
Then the counter value is set to zero
