Need the ability to update a counter to a new value

As a Developer
I need to be able to update a counter to a new value
So that corrections can be made on behalf of the User

Details and Assumptions

• The current counter value is wrong
• The current counter value needs to be corrected

Acceptance Criteria

Given a counter value that is incorrectly showing as 2
When I request a correction to the counter value to a specific value of 5
Then I the counter value is changed to 5
