V6 Prod Small bugs

Ashley did some great testing and found small issues to be fixed, outlined in this issue:

1. Load more button does nothing: https://qf.giveth.io/qf/TESTROUNDPROD

Expected behaviour: Clicking load more should reveal more projects lower in the sort order. If all the projects are showing up already, the load more button should not show

2. Support us with your donation goes to a random project on staging

Expected behaviour": Support us with your donation should route to The Giveth Community of Makers project: https://giveth.io/donate/the-giveth-community-of-makers

3. Vote link in dropdown goes nowhere

Expected behaviour: Vote should send the user to the Giveth snapshot: https://snapshot.box/#/s:giv.eth/

4. Leave feeback in community drop down is broken

Expected behaviour: Leave feedback should link to: https://giveth.typeform.com/feedback

Acceptance Criteria

• Clicking Load More reveals additional projects in the current sort order.

• The Load More button is hidden when all projects are already displayed.
