Update QF Round Hub Banner to General Giveth QF Styling

Right now we have it showing GG24, and even if there is only 1 active round, the user still sees it while the page reroutes to the round page.

We should change it to a more general banner for both desktop and mobile views.

@rodricastillo9013 is working on a new banner image. Once it is complete, we will add it to this issue.
