Safe donation flow gets stuck on "Processing" after signing the message

Description
I added the Giveth v6 app to my Safe custom apps and attempted to make a donation using a Safe account. After signing the message in Safe, the donation flow does not proceed and remains stuck on the "Processing" state in the pending page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the Giveth v6 app to Safe custom apps.
2. Open the app through Safe.
3. Connect the Safe account.
4. Attempt to donate to a project.
5. Sign the message in Safe when prompted.

Expected Behavior
After signing the message in Safe, the donation transaction should proceed and the donation flow should complete.

Actual Behavior
After signing, the UI remains stuck on the Processing state in the pending page and does not progress.

Console Errors
Several 404 errors appear in the console related to token assets, for example:

Environment

• Network: Gnosis Chain
• Wallet: Safe
• App: Giveth v6 (added as custom Safe app)
• Browser: Chrome

I made a donation on Gnosis safe without any problem on staging. we can call it Done
