There are multiple occurrences of FileNotFoundError, indicating that some simple files cannot be found, such as /home/su/Downloads/Puma-EM/simuDir/tmp0/pickle/variables.txt, /home/su/Downloads/Puma-EM/simuDir/tmp0/mesh/N_RWG.txt, /home/su/Downloads/Puma-EM/simuDir/tmp0/mesh/C.txt, and /home/su/Downloads/Puma-EM/simuDir/tmp0/octtree_data/big_cube_center_coord.txt. After generating the .msh file with GMSH, what should I do?
