Unable to launch modpack due to the latest update of BOP [fabric_modrith_1.21.11]

What's the issue you encountered?

i click update all :) , then when i try to lauch my modpack shit crashed... :( look at the logs ... paste it in chat gpt (sadly i have to do this :( or else i cant fix shit by myself ) it tells me: [One of your mods (GlitchCore) is trying to register a block called:

biomesoplenty:cypress_leaves

But it already exists in the registry. This usually happens when:
A mod updated but its dependency didn't
Two mods are registering the same block
Biomes O’ Plenty + GlitchCore versions don't match
So after you pressed update in the Modrinth launcher, one mod likely updated but another required mod stayed on the old version.]_ but when i look on the state of updates of my mods they were both to latest (glichcore being updated 4 hours ago and BOP 3 hours ago (at the time of writing this its 10:42AM [Eastern Time Zone]) ive tried downgrading the mods to the last update but it still crashed

How can the issue be reproduced?

1. have my homebrew modpack
2. click "update all" on modrith
3. press launch :)
4. wait
5. get a crash :(
   *this is the best i can explain how to reproduce it
