Unable to place calendar

### What's the issue you encountered?

I'm playing on 1.21.1 version 10.1.0.3, and I'm unable to place the calendar item. Can't seem to figure out if this is intentional or a bug? Thank you.

Simply try to place a calendar on any block in the version mentioned above.
