Implementation of Grad Vehicle spawner.

I came across a module on Grads Github https://github.com/gruppe-adler/grad-vehicleSpawner
Which allows you to create a module very simply, similar to how we do it in the framework.
Took a whole of 30 seconds to get working in a mission.

Was wondering if this could be converted into a dedicated module?
