Encounters: Flow control improvements

Better, more fine-grained and dynamic encounter locking for better flow control.

Could be stuff like inputLock:['endTriggers','branches'], or, as a more cluttering way, but prolly easier to handle, endTriggersLock:['input'], or even endTriggersInputLock:true. - Feedback and ideas appreciated! (If anyone other then me even reads these...)

I think I'll add input mode tracking/locking, as well. That would allow to ignore [story] inputs, for example.
Might look into differentiating between dialogue (or rather, stuff between "") and non-dialogue, as well. Can currently be done via regEx triggers, but that may be a little tricky without regEx experience.

TBD: Add occurrence-based checks (prerequisite + blockers) to chaining/branch chaining.

Occurence-based flow control now works for all chains.
