Priorities

NOTE: These are the current priorities UNLESS requests come in for specific features/documentation/content:

1. Features

• Core engine features - Netcode, Websocket/Client, or code that enables scripting/commands in game such as shops, pets and so on.
• User Commands - look, status and so on. These are the lifeblood of a MUD.
• Configurations - Migrating core features into configurable values in config.yaml, so that admins can customize and run the MUD they want.
• Admin Commands - Tools to run and build a MUD. These tend to be the lowest priority as the needs aren't fully known yet. As a result they are built as fairly basic tools until a future date (or a specific request).

2. Content

• Building the default world for players to wander around in, play the game, and importantly, test new features.
• Balance - Making an effort to provide balance in difficulty, item distribution, etc.

3. Documentation

• Scripting - Explaining how to script rooms, items, and mobs and documenting functions/events.
• Running - Explaining how to get your own instance of GoMud running.
• Customizing - Explaining how to customize the mud for your own purposes, via configurations, content, and admin comands.
