Add proper audio stream initialization #33

When entering the options menu within the Main Menu, the audio will begin looping due to the temporary audio initialization being used within the Main Menu scene's _ready function. This needs to be replaced by a proper audio initialization or a manager to handle the game's audio initialization at the start, between scenes, and within the pause menu overlay (May require changing the audio manager's process to ALWAYS).
