Not really an issue, just curious if there are any plans to add support for fpm?

Not unless there has been a major change in the capabilities of FPM. Specifically, the lowest level package used by pFUnit is gFTL which uses m4 to generate include files. All targeted at Fortran, but not Fortran per se. When I asked the developers how I would build such a package with fpm, they said that could not be done. In theory the dependence on gFTL is rather weak and one could work around that with a bit of energy.

When the dust settles on Fortran type-safe templates, I think it will be time to develop a new testing framework. Lessons learned and all that.
