New release (pre-release0.2): includes long and short read data

We are happy to announce a new SG-NEx data release (pre-release0.2). The new release includes the following changes:

• new short read samples that are matched to long read samples for the 5 human cancer cell lines
• data access links are updated
• the SG-NEx preprint can now be used to reference the SG-NEx data
• we now include community use cases and research applications
• the data usage note is updated, please refer to this note when using the data in research.
