Hi,

I wanted to check if I can get a download option for expression data plotted in the image

Supplementary Fig. 7 Long read RNA-Seq enables the discovery and quantification of highly repetitive genes

I was looking at the rds downloads at
http://sg-nex-data.s3-website-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/#data/processed_data/manuscript/processed/

But there is a possibility that I have missed other download datasets.

I was specifically interested in expression matrix of LINE , SINE elements across all cell lines - both annotated as well a novel transcripts.

Hi

I have a followup question.

I managed to figure out that the novel transcripts.gene models along with ENSG/ENST models and their counts are provided in

• combinedExpressionDataTranscript_19June2023.rds
• combinedExpressionDataGene_19June2023.rds

However I am unable to find any annotations (gtf/bed files) for the novel transcripts which can help me figure out which of the novel transcripts represent repeat elements as discussed in Supplementary figure 7.

Appreciate any assistance.
