WHAT IS REQUEST

Currently, when no node is selected, it shows an empty console screen that isn't functional. This isn't useful and is confusing. This was originally going to show all the ros messages coming through, but realistically this is stupid. So here is some ideas of what we can do instead:

• Bigger Emergency Stop: so it is easier to press when you're not actively needing debug information. This might replace the estop on the nav bar when the console isn't open, but I don't know yet.
• Counts of online/healthy nodes/topics: because numbers are cool
• Running time
• Current task
• I don't have any other ideas off the top of my head but I will update this issue if I come up with anything,
