Bump ip, socks and lerna-changelog

Removes [ip](https://github.com/indutny/node-ip). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [ip](https://github.com/indutny/node-ip), [socks](https://github.com/JoshGlazebrook/socks) and [lerna-changelog](https://github.com/lerna/lerna-changelog). These dependencies need to be updated together.
