Need to update readme command for iap list at path: platforms/gke/base/use-cases/inference-ref-arch/examples/comfyui

I fixed this in our CI, by using an already configured project. The README will need to be changed to use the UI to configure the brand as I do not see a programmatic replacement for the gcloud iap oauth-brands commands

When using the new Google managed OAuth/IAP clients, you might not even have to configure the brand.
