Allow empty fields for serviceDiscovery, userInfo, groupInfo and deviceInfo

Enables send_empty_value and allow_empty_object for the following properties:

• serviceDiscovery in SecurityGateway.yaml
• userInfo, groupInfo, and deviceInfo in SecurityGatewayApplication.yaml
