Host Google-Built OpenTelemetry Collector image not only in us multi-region

Hello,

Currently the Google-Built OpenTelemetry Collector is only hosted in the us multi-region:

us-docker.pkg.dev/cloud-ops-agents-artifacts/google-cloud-opentelemetry-collector/otelcol-google

Since our GCP deployments are in the eu region it would be nice to be able to pull it from a eu multi-region registry.

We are planning to publish the collector to multiple regions. There's a tentative list here. If there are any specific regions you require that are missing, please let us know. We likely will not be publishing to any multi-regions other than us.

We can't give a timeline yet but we are actively working on this.

Then we would kindly ask for region europe-west1 which is not in the list.
