This major version upgrade to 17.0.0 has breaking changes. The constraints.txt file must also be updated to apache-airflow-providers-google==17.0.0 to ensure a consistent installation, as noted in the file's header comments. Without this change, dependency resolution may fail or result in an inconsistent environment.
