Route Traffic extremely slow #50
Description
In the labs/cloudrun-progression, in main-cloudbuild.yaml, the "Route Traffic" step is EXTREMELY slow on Cloud Build. All other steps combined are 2-3x faster than this one step. The problem seems to be mostly in the initial image creation. Is there a pre-cached image for this somewhere?
