Missing git tag to cause first postgres image build/push

It looks like the postgres image is hot-off-the-presses: #133

Except, we haven't tagged a new release yet, so the postgres image has not built and been tagged/pushed :o.

I would love to start playing with the pg image! I can certainly build myself to get going, but figured I'd report that the image hasn't actually been tag/push'd yet.

That could be intentional, if we're planning a bigger release too!

Maybe the docs should also only be deployed for tagged commits.

I released 0.7.0. The builds failed, of course, but I'll futz with them.

The sqlite image is done. The postgres one is taking forever to build the arm64 platform, but I'm confident it will finish.
