Update command reference PDF to be non-version-specific #1040
Description
That reference is certainly almost completely valid for later revisions. Let's remove the version numbers from the links to it. The PDF itself says 2.5.2 (and 2016)!
If anyone knows the source for it, then maybe we can update it. Otherwise, maybe it's time to stop linking to it?
