numpy==1.26.3 Version issues

Does this dependency have to be fixed version numpy==1.26.3 Now many plug-ins need to update versions greater than 2, and once they are updated, they will be a disaster

A lot of nodes can't work with numpy>=2
This version is determined by a chain of other dependencies

Despite the fact that many nodes are supposed to be incompatible with numpy >= 2, it is installed quite frequently by a wide variety of nodes... there must be something to it.

Is this still valid? Because opencv-python packages now shows an error:

Doesn't this mean it requires numpy > 2?

But doesn't ml_dtypes which is used by onnx require numpy >= 2.1.0? Can you please tell me what's your onnx, ml_dtypes and python version? Is python 3.13 or less than that?
