When OpenControl is enabled, tabs and "Clone component" no longer align

1. Go to Admin > System settingss
2. Activate [enable_experimental_opencontrol](http://localhost:8000/admin/system_settings/systemsettings/1/change/) setting
3. Visit component library
4. See error
