inquiry: how does this compare to context7 #19

Thanks for the amazing mcp. I have been using and it works quite well, though it feels a bit tedious to set up the mcp for each lib but it's some due automation work on the user's part I think.
In the meantime context7 is another trending MCP to get librarie's latest docs. I wonder what the pros and cons are?
For a starter, I realize context7 only indexes md, mdx, html files, which means in a standard rust library with rust docs embeded in doc strings, it wouldn't perform well.
Can we have a comparison section in the Readme? thanks! 😃
