众所周知，mah发送语音的音质问题由来已久
而且mah已经进入2.x时代，1.x基本上只做兼容性更新
但是him188在修复这个问题的时候也给mah1.x commit了
所以现在只需要自己clone一下mah 1.x再编译一下
音质的问题就得到了极大改善
