Fails with large files

On certain large files, the syntax highlighting takes a while to completely highlight the entire file. On really large files, it seems to give up altogether.

• DictEngAbs.gf is 64941 lines and 1.3M: the highlighting takes a while but is done after a few seconds.
• DictEng.gf is 65031 lines and 2.8M: the highlighting fails altogether.

The threshold seems to be around the 2M mark. Perhaps this is an inbuilt behaviour in Atom's highlighter.
