How can I change default config of BlockManager's Category

code from Category.js
 {
  defaults() {
    return {
      id: '',
      label: '',
      open: true,
      attributes: {}
    };
  }
}

How to programmatically update open to false ?

You can get categories (editor.Blocks.getCategories()) and update their properties, once blocks are rendered.
