Latest update issue

Hi, I have just upgraded to 0.18.4 and experiencing some issue with it. So, I am extending from text to have my customized text element. Right now, in my text element, I have a div with type text and then inside of that div instead of having strings, I have an p Tag, and inside p tag I have strings. So after upgrading to latest update, nesting child in text element is not working, whenever I try to enter something, as soon as I click outside, the text change back to my default text. Please help me how can I have p tag inside div of text.
